| Comments: | My daughter is a 4-H member raising BB Reds, Old English
Silver duckling, Delaware hens and Amercauna's. This doesn't
inclue a set of doves for active. This child is only in first
grade with interest of showing any type of hen or rooster. We
found two BB reds placed on our door step last night. I know by
word of mouth they new her birthday had passed. She selected 3
Delaware hens for a birthday gift. It beats Toy's R Us.
We have are Brazoria County Fair, Oct 5-13, to show her roosters and hens. You have a blessed year!!! Good Luck!!! |

| Comments: | The photograph at the top of the page is so very different to the OEG bantams we see in Australia. Here we see much shorter and tighter wings, carried higher. Longer legs and tighter feathering are featured on the majority of our show winners. The tail set and style on the home page are to be envied, our females are generally very whip tailled. I find it interesting that the interpretation of the standard could vary so much between countries. |

| Comments: | Hello fellow hobbiest, i need some help. Does anyone know how
to stop ground roosting. My birds are still quite young, but they
will not sleep on the roost. They sleep on the floor instead.
This results in some very DIRTY birds, especially on the white
games. This is thier first laying season, but i feel like they
are old enough to know to roost by instinct. If anyone else has
overcome this problem please e-mail me with your solution!
Thanks for a cool web-site. I am a new member and visit at least four or five times a week. PLEASE HELP! |

| Comments: | Hello, I am a new member and I really enjoy the sight. First question is for anyone who knows the answer and would share the information. What is the differance between a cock and a cockerel and a hen and a pullet. Second question is I have received my winter newsletter and I have enjoyed it but I guess I was looking for more information about future state meets or shows specifically Ky. or Tenn. I would really appreciate any help in these questions. Thanks |
