Welcome to the Old English Game Bantam Ring web ring!
This Old English Game Bantam Ring web ring was established
to provide a functional link between all ring members' web sites.
By clicking the links in the web ring link sign, visitors may
take a virtual tour through our sites.
The Old English Game Bantam Ring was started through the
original WebRing service. At that time, we used privately-designed
signs to hold our web ring links. WebRing was taken over by Yahoo!
in late 2000, and with the change in hosts came changes in the
format and function of the ring sign. Rings started before September,
2000 (as was ours) are allowed to continue to use their own code
design if desired.
New web rings at Yahoo! now function through "sidebars" running
either vertically or horizontally per member preference. The
required code consists of a short script provided by Yahoo!.
The script needs to be inserted in the member's page by the
member, as did the old code. The new script automatically adds
all the rings that the member has membership in to the same sidebar
without any additional code additions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Although the ringmaster may choose to make your
site active in the ring at any time, your site will NOT function
in the ring unless it has either the sidebar, link sign, or both
installed on the page. Please
