Inserting the code using WYSIWYG only

1. Open the web page with your HTML code on it at the URL address given you when you submitted your site to the ring.

2. Save that page to your disk.

3. Open the page in your WYSIWYG web page editing program.

4. Go to the bottom of the page where it says "What it looks like:".

5. Select the little table there with our logo pictures and the links for the ring. Try to select the whole thing.

6. Copy that.

7. Open your home page in your web page editing program.

8. Go to the position on your page where you want the logo to appear.

9. Paste what you copied off your HTML code page into position on your home page.

10. Save your page.

11. Upload it to your web site.

12. 8. Go back to steps 6 through 8 in "Joining the webring".

Inserting the HTML fragment with an HTML editor

NOTE: If your web page editing program resides online, follow the same directions when you are at your web site.


NOTE: If you use a web publishing service to provide you with your web pages, the above directions may not apply. You may want to contact your publishing service and inform them that you wish to add a web ring fragment to your site. They will want the URL to your fragment as given you when you joined.
